Jongerius Consult has supported Lead Registrants with the setup of an efficient & effective SIEF Management & Interaction process. Various SIEF Communication letters developed by Jongerius Consult for Companies are included as proposed standard letters for Industry in the Cefic Guidance for Lead Registrants (December 2009).

Jongerius Consult has developed the SIEF Management steps & Communication letters further to a complete set of SIEF Milestones and Letters from starting a (pre-)SIEF up to the sustain phase (distributing the Letters of Access & organizing the financial clearing house in the SIEF to get legal access to the Joint Submission Dossier. This complete set supports a Lead Registrant to sufficiently inform and involve SIEF Members in the development of the Joint Submission Dossier and to take the final decision in time to join the Joint Submission or not (against a fair compensation). The full set of SIEF Milestones & Interaction letters are made available in various Support tools and are used in practice by well respected companies taking their SIEF Communication seriously.

In the beginning, Jongerius Consult has supported some Lead Registrants to maintain a SIEF Member Status overview in an MS Access 2007 database. The base is the SIEF contacts lists as XML file periodically exported from REACH-IT. The SIEF Status is maintained via SIEF Interactions send as automatic surveys per e-mail from and to the database. A dedicated Guidance was developed for the Lead Registrant to use the MS Access Application.

Nowadays, the full set of SIEF Milestones & actions and ready to use SIEF Interaction Surveys are integrated and available for direct and efficient use by Lead Registrants via REACHsuite Advantage (see Support tools).
